It is so much more than that. On day one of Monktoberfest 2017, speaker after speaker drew us in with tales not of technology but of life, love, hope, happiness, and yes, some fear about the present and future.

This post will serve as a placeholder until I get a chance to write more, but a recurrent theme was the discrepancy between how we feel about ourselves, and the personae that we try and show to the world. Like I say, not a tech conference, but something richer, more complex and far more potent. A Heady Topper.
