I got dinged in the back channel for calling out IBM on my dopplr post earlier today. The reason I named IBM rather than anyone else on the dopplr100 was that IBM has by far the biggest user population, and I hoped I could tap that.
But lets do this.
It is now a competition to see who is the coolest from a dopplr perspective- IBM or Sun? So tell your friends, relatives, dogs, catz and so on. This is the first dopplr100 celebrity vendor deathmatch. The winner will be declared next Friday. So who is coolest from a dopplr perspective- IBM or Sun?
Meanwhile we also have a challenge for dopplr too. At the moment if you’re signed up under a personal email address you can’t just associate that with the IBM or Sun email domains. Matt Biddulph the CTO has just promised he will have that done by Thursday at the very latest, so there is no unfairness for people already signed up. But please don’t sign up for a second account – you’ll be able to associate them next week. Thanks Patrick and Pat for pointing out this issue.
So have at it folks. Register through the dopplr100 here.
