3. Don’t speak with one voice. The “one voice” concept has been one of the great mistakes of the PR culture currently fading. It is the concept that if anyone–an editor, customer, prospect, fellow employee, analyst, investor asks a question of any employee in the company, they will get the same answer in almost the same words. This one voice concept, dehumanizes perceptions of a company.
PR needs to get on the cluetrain, in other words.
