This is a great talk about packaging and telling stories from Claire Giordano. Claire examines the complex interplay between different media and how we consume the narratives we find there. How does Twitter define a narrative, for example, or why on earth does the Economist, that bastion of long-form, think it needs a SnapChat strategy? Packaging benefits us with new forms, mixed media, reduced cycle times, democratized access. This means more stories can come to life, increased reach, massive selection, better discovery, immediacy, anywhere anytime access, customization: fonts and zoom, and of course in delight: forms and serialization.
