Achieving (Career) Goals is a Lot Like Being a Spider-Person

If someone tells you that their career path/trajectory has been a smooth straight one, you can (most times) assume they’re not telling you the entire truth. The path to achieving one’s goals, similar to a career path, is seldom straight and smooth. In this talk, Swarna talked about why it is perfectly okay to not know (or, not understand) what your goal should be and how to learn as you move forward.
