In which Shines (of shines & jecker laboratories) does her once yearly talk about the intersection of her gender and tech career. Shines will showcase the redonkulousness of creating an employee, Steve Money (who is a fantastic dude) to quickly solve problems which were taking Shines forever with outside contacts (like vendor IT support) through the innate benefit of having a male name. Shines will than spend a brief time going through some of her personal experiences, choices, and irritations from working within the tech for most of the last 20 years.
