The concerns are mostly controlling what applications are installed, remote data wipe, and being able to authenticate and get a secure connection to business backends. The business mobile story is interesting because it makes IT (and it's users) evaluate the services IT provides in the first place: smart phones don't fit well into existing process, so they have to re-discover and re-agree on those processes.
