Velocity 2010

"Success: A Survival Guide" Panel

I got an email that panel proposals for Velocity 2010 are open. If you’re in the IT Management or cloud space, I’m thinking this year will be pretty good for Velocity. I’ve been two the show for the past two years (as long as it’s been running, I believe) and enjoyed it each time. It’s chock full of practitioners (“makers”) and much on “how things actually work.”

This year, I’m hoping there’ll be a lot of Agile Infrastructure and dev/ops talk. Nows a good time to propose some sessions and panels along those lines, (if you’re a vendor) figure out if sponsorships would help, or just make sure you set the time aside (June 22-24th, 2010). Whatever the case, it should be a good event this year for anyone in IT, cloud, or that weird world between the two.
