What would you Austin people think of using austin.dodgeball.com to help build up the Austin tech community? There’s plenty of us tech people down in Austin, but we don’t seem to be as tight as we could be. One way to start building that momentum is to simple be aware of each other. So far, dodgeball has been a great way for me to keep up with my friends. As with blogs, just getting that ping from your friends every now and then is enough to sustain strong bonds over the long term. Presence is subtle, but huge, my friend.
