  There's a whole lot going on here: full management of Windows in AWS, PowerShell bundling, RightScale ported Chef to Windows ("we’re working with Opscode to feed the changes back into the mainline"), and more. Looks like managing Windows fully in the cloud is a bear, and RightScale has done a lot of work to get it done.

  Some sort of private cloud, virtualization management thingy from Tivoli. They have the market-y stuff down, but the technical information is slim. I asked for more details – we'll see.
