Root Cause Analysis – Upcoming Webinar

At the top of next month I’ll be co-hosting a webinar on Root Cause Analysis (or “RCA”) in the here and now with RedMonk client AccelOps. While RCA may not be a facinating topic on it’s own, I’ve centered my portion of the talk around how three new(ish) technologies effect the way IT goes about RCA. Those three technologies are virtualization, multi-tier applications, and cloud computing.
