Via Wired’s Michael Calore, I arrived at Kineda’s “blogebrity” calculator and dutifully punched in www.redmonk.com/sogrady. What did I find? That I’m a B-List blogger, which is both good and bad news. Good, because the Technorati underpinnings to the calculator are giving me some good authority feedback, bad because B’s not that far from A, and being an A-list blogger as some of you might know is not a fate I’d wish on anyone. Well, maybe a couple of people.
The really curious thing? The B-List results page featured a picture of Jessica Alba. Seriously. I’m supposed to believe that Jessica Alba is somehow a B-List celebrity? If so, I wonder if she’d be interested in a B-List blogger…:)

The same photo is given to us C-listers. Surely they don’t give us the same hope. 😉

I’m a B list blogger too, according to that calculator. Someone called me a “minor Internet celebrity” the other day–I kind of liked the sound of that. Like you, I’m not interested in being an A list blogger, not that I have anything to worry about 😉

Donnie: we’ll have to see if we can fix that 😉
Geof: and here i was thinking i was the only one for Alba 😉
Anne: i agree, less the minor 😉

Nuts, I am a C-list blogger. Technorati based blog evaluators are ruining my self-esteem. Thanks for the link!
