Another Striper

And thus, today I’m back in the office. Not that being at work is so arduous, mind you – I enjoy what I do. It’s just that I enjoy it less than tooling around on the boat in perfect 70 degree weather without a cloud in the sky catching striper like the one pictured all over the cove. A lot less, if you know what I mean.

So this, my first day back in the office, officially closes the books on a week which featured a visit from a Denver friend, a boat trip down to Popham Beach, night fishing at Reid State Park, sea kayaking in Robinhood Cove, a trip to the outlets in Freeport, a walk through the mosquito infested Josephine Newman bird sanctuary, dinner at Ri-Ra in Portland, dinner at the Robinhood Free Meetinghouse, a Manchester, VT wedding, and several excruciating Red Sox losses. Needless to say, getting back into the swing of things here at the office has been somewhat difficult.

But the effort is there; if you’re a client or are considering becoming a client and sent me an email over the last week plus, you either should have received or will shortly receive a reply (thanks to the tags that Zimbra supports, but more on that later). Next up are the billing/partner/introduction emails, which I should process this afternoon. And lastly, if you’re not a client and have requested a briefing or some of our time otherwise, I’ll probably get to you tomorrow. Otherwise, I’m back on IM so grab me there if there’s something urgent.
