this happens to me all the time: someone calls my number looking for a law firm, hears my “Stephen O’Grady with RedMonk voicemail,” and proceeds to leave a message for the law firm – can’t figure out why you’d do that

i’ve only had one similar issue thus far, but Alex is right, this is an issue; the good news is that if they’re Asterisk based or on something similar, this is a trivial setting change
