Having brought my particular brand of weather devastation in Monday’s “Mega-Storm” to the Northeast this week by attempting to return from Denver, it’s now time to take advantage of the fallout, which in this case happens to be a fair amount of snow. Thus it is that my lady lawyer and I are headed to Sugarloaf in a few short hours there to stay through the weekend, events (and our hosts) permitting, for a vacation to make up for the days I had to work over Christmas and New Year’s break.
That’s right: I ski now. Badly, sure, but you know the effort’s there.
For the rest of the week then my connectivity will be sporadic at best, so please defer any and all inquiries to one or more of my colleagues. I may or may not have time to post my half-completed commentary on last week’s Microsoft/TomTom news, which includes actual responses from Microsoft on two questions I sent their way, so stay tuned on that front.
Otherwise, if anything important happens, someone ping me. Unless it’s patent or IP related, in which case don’t tell me.
If I’m not back by Monday, send out search parties. Preferably ones with those brandy-carrying dogs.
