Just a reminder that tomorrow represents the first day of real vacation (not the kind, in other words, where I have to drive 1100 miles) this analyst has had in a long time. A friend of mine is making the trek all the way out from Denver, which seems quite nice of him until you consider the fact that he has a severe, untreatable fishing addiction. After getting up at some positively unholy hour – 3 AM is a real possibility – to drive down to Boston and pick him up, we’ll be embarking on a three day fishing bender. Can’t wait to see what fuel for the boat is going to cost me.
You might expect that we’d have problems fishing the next couple of days, given that the forecast calls for thunderstorms on Friday, late showers Saturday, and scattered thunderstorms Sunday. But that just shows you don’t know my friend; this is the same individual that had us fishing in the sleet and snow back in September. We’ll get our fishing in, I’m sure, one way or another (if he gets me struck by lightning, incidentally, someone make sure he doesn’t get my music collection).
In the meantime, I hope your respective Friday’s aren’t too bad and I’ll check back in with you all on Monday. Questions or issues? Give one of my colleagues a call. As of right now, I’m on vacation 😉
