I really need to do this more regularly, and at some point I’ll look at them over time, but for your edification, my browser share numbers. November 6th to December 6th. <\/p>\n

  2. Internet Explorer: 17.44%<\/li>\n
  3. Safari: 12.90%<\/li>\n
  4. Chrome: 11.88%<\/li>\n
  5. Mozilla: 2.30%<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    So yes, I think it’s safe to say that the audience around here is self-selecting. To illustrate just how self-selecting, the top ten operating systems:<\/p>\n

    2. Macintosh: 24.17%<\/li>\n
    3. Linux: 16.97%<\/li>\n
    4. iPhone: 2.95%<\/li>\n
    5. SunOS: 0.55%<\/li>\n
    6. NA: 0.42%<\/li>\n
    7. iPod: 0.37%<\/li>\n
    8. Android: 0.35%<\/li>\n
    9. Blackberry: 0.11%<\/li>\n
    10. SymbianOS: 0.09%<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The fact that none of the above surprises me – Chrome’s ~12% share or Linux’s 17% included – should tell you quite a lot about who we write for around here. <\/p>\n
