I discovered the piece thanks to one of my readers (thanks atariboy), and it got me thinking about where I’m finding my new content – or not.
My reading of my news feeds has been declining steadily for weeks, and actually I’ve unsubscribed from many of them. The reason? I’m interested in 1 in 10 of the links they provide, if that, and the ones that I would want to read my blogroll links to. Seems like that’s carrying over to audio as well, as I find most of the cool new Podcasts either through bloggers or my readers.
There’s a lesson in there somewhere, but it’s after 8 and I’m going home. Blogging may be light tomorrow, depending on what the connectivity is like at the Doubletree in Portland.
