/. has the news. This is the release I discussed before, that offers transparency, shadows, etc for Linux and other platforms. It’s not entirely stable, from most of the feedback I’ve been seeing, but it’s not bad. Interested in the look of a Mac but with X86 hardware? This is pretty close.
