That&#8217;s right &#8211; we&#8217;re losing our chief phrasemaking officer, a top notch analyst. Luckily, however, the best writer on the team &#8211; my business partner Stephen O&#8217;Grady &#8211; is sticking around and he wrote a beautiful\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/redmonk.com\/sogrady\/2011\/07\/22\/cote\/\">paean<\/a> last Friday, summing everything up. You should read it.<\/p>\n<p>Bottom line- we understand why\u00a0Cot\u00e9\u00a0is leaving and we wish him all the best. Not needing to travel is a powerful offer for the father of a one year old, and not one we could match at RedMonk. \u00a0Like Stephen I&#8217;d like to thank\u00a0Cot\u00e9\u00a0for all his hard work over the past five and half years.
