[Just asking](http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=ubuntu+domino&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=com.google:en-US:official&client=firefox-a). Its a matter of time in my opinion. Lotus, which currently has a [Nitix-based appliance](http://www.nitix.com/products/domino/index.php) style offering, would be a good trial balloon platform. Lots of [community interest](http://www.dominoblog.com/dominoblog/dblog.nsf/dx/domino-8-and-linux?opendocument&comments) in Ubuntu. People choose SLES or RHEL because they _have to_. Ubuntu because they _want to_.
