Anyone else think sneakwrap terms are often ludicrously one-sided? [Judges too](http://weblog.infoworld.com/gripeline/archives/2007/07/more_legal_defe.html?source=rss), it seems. I would just like to take the time to commend Ed Foster for continually griping about the issue, and to the judges doing the right thing… for doing the right thing. EULAs – let’s push back.
