That is news. While many industry analysts have become more positive on Sun over the last six to eight months, the financial analyst community has remained stoicly negative. Is a thaw on the way?

The [GM deal](http://www.sun.com/smi/Press/sunflash/2005-07/sunflash.20050727.1.html) has to help. 320k Java Enterprise System seats, and doubling down on Sun identity infrastructure. It’s also a Solaris 10 win. Anyone would think Sun has a coherent software strategy… good work folks.
