[by Catherine Helzerman, IBM change agent](http://helzerman.com/wp/?page_id=554).

Post facto, I got a bit worried this weekend I might have been too casual in my answers, because i had riffed them pretty quickly on a Friday afternoon with jetlag, but that’s probably like worrying my eyes are the wrong colour… how could I be anything but casual, and why should I want to be.

You might enjoy the short interview.
