Anyone that reads this blog knows that I try and keep my blogroll diverse. If you just read US bloggers you aren’t as well informed. Simple.

So [BlogDay](http://blogday.wikispaces.org/) was a natural for me.

What did I find? Well actually I decided that rather than pitch five blogs I don’t know, as suggested, I would pitch one that I can’t recommend highly enough. [Global Voices online](http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/globalvoices/) is quite simply a great great way to improve your global IQ.

Today, for example, is [Inside the Japanese blogosphere](http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/globalvoices/2005/08/31/inside-the-japanese-blogosphere-4/).

Tune in for a different perspective every day. The slogan is: **The world is talking. Are you listening?**
