[James Enck](http://eurotelcoblog.blogspot.com/2004/03/welcome.html) – who I came across by randomly clicking on [Andy Lark’s](http://andylark.blogs.com/andylark/) blogroll, because of the title, [EuroTelcoblog](http://http://eurotelcoblog.blogspot.com/2005/05/diamond-in-rough-its-ip-world-where.html), is doing some great work fiddling while Rome burns. That is, he is a telecoms financial analyst and all around him he sees an industry in crisis, as IP networks drive revenues down towards ZERO. Skype may just kill everyone in telecoms; so who is going to buy Skype? (Here is an analysis James points to about Skype’s business model and [ecosystem](http://telcotrash.typepad.com/telcotrash/2005/05/the_skype_ecosy.html)). This blog bears a family resemblance to [Circulation Dropping](http://www.circdrop.com/).
