Sometimes a graph\u00a0is far more useful than a percentage, so moving away from the headline growth figure of 64% year on year (which is very impressive), lets take a look at the revenue growth for AWS from Q1FY14 (as far back as details are available explicitly on the AWS segment in Amazons reports).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/redmonk.com\/fryan\/files\/2016\/04\/aws-revenue-growth-q1fy16.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-111\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-112 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/redmonk.com\/fryan\/files\/2016\/04\/aws-revenue-growth-q1fy16-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"319\" srcset=\"https:\/\/redmonk.com\/fryan\/files\/2016\/04\/aws-revenue-growth-q1fy16-1.png 500w, https:\/\/redmonk.com\/fryan\/files\/2016\/04\/aws-revenue-growth-q1fy16-1-300x191.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The trajectory is incredibly strong, and linear.
