McAfee in $7.68B deal<\/a><br \/>This is pretty dramatic. Intel isn&#039;t known as an ISV &#8211; it&#039;s weird to compete with, for example, Symantec. Of course, McAfee is a mature company that can run itself, so it&#039;s not like the lack of software knowledge for Intel is a risk, as long as Intel learns from McAfee.
