Continuous deployment (pushing small changes, often).<\/li>\n<li>Getting beyond the culture of no &#8211; change management tends to be really &#8220;no management.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>You have to have a good track record to do this (MTTR, MTTD) &#8211; don&#8217;t crash the car.
