While at the IBM Telelogic User Group in Austin, I had the chance to talk with IBM’s Michael Lester<\/a>, Senior Product Marketing Manager for Focal Point<\/a>. More so than the core idea of product portfolio management (or, PPM), I ask Michael to tell us how products like Focal Point actually attache dollar signs to things like software all through-out the software life-cycle.
