		<description>on being lucky or good, i&#039;m certain that it is &#039;good&#039;. remember that because of the ipo they&#039;ve never had a serious liquidity problem, and they&#039;ve always been notorious tightwads internally. so hearing that they&#039;ve got zero commercial paper exposure is not surprising at all.</description>
