  Gears is enabled on my blog for &lt;a href="http://code.google.com/apis/gears/api_localserver.html"&gt;local storage&lt;/a&gt; without a network connection. It's an enhanced cache some visitors have enabled in their browsers, including Chrome, for fast content serving.

  I am listening inside the browser for the preferred or best ways each user agent can serve content and adapting appropriately.</description>
