if you’re an engineer looking and don’t check this out, i’m confused as to why. having helped build a healthcare records app in the distant past, i can tell you that it’s a.) interesting, b.) challenging, and c.) rewarding. plus, it’s Adam Bosworth.

FYI - I ran TimeVault for about 6 weeks but decided it was over kill and too much work to filter out all the transient / frequent updating files. I am very happy with daily snapshots via “Simpe Linux Backup”. I wish it has a bit more control over backups so I could run a couple times each day but otherwise it is clean, fast, and easy to use (both to run and recover with).
