Thanks for the link to Matt’s blog, Stephen. As sobering as it was to read of his frustrations, it was enlightening as were the comments on the entry.
Interestingly enough, I ended up at his blog through you and not via my CEO (I finally ended up at Jonathan’s blog through the comments in Matt’s entry. Funny how the web works in that way.)
