If only OOo would get ffox-like lightness and ease of use. That’s really more important to them than plugins. [Plugins are nice, but if people hate the base system the plugins are inserted into (and they do hate OOo) plugins don’t really help you.]

i agree wholeheartedly, Luis. but as an interim step, this is a good one. i’m also hearing that they’re actively componentizing the code which would be good news.
