And I'd also like to mention that Delancey is entirely open source and Creative Commons licensed (links to the code coming soon), and it could not have been built if not for the open nature of del.icio.us.  I'll be writing a longer article on the development of Delancey -- and I encourage everyone to get involved in making it better.
