Been a busy few days, but I’m pleased to announce I made it down to NJ and back without incident despite the best efforts of weather (monsooned on the way down) and my cat (she stepped on the automatic window switch, thus rolling down the window at 85 miles an hour and scaring the hell out of me). Got caught up on some chores (fix of my local server that I’d previously borked), hit Mackworth Island down in Falmouth (pics are pretty boring as the weather was poor, so don’t expect too much), and got a start on some holiday planning.
In other news, I’ve got a bunch of things on the slate for this space (including J2EE, Skype, iTunes, the personal voice of blogs, and a few other questions to ponder), so stay tuned. Otherwise, travel this week is moderate – Wed/Thurs will be in Westchester for an IBM analyst conference – in the office otherwise.
Anyhow, good to be back, and will be posting more tomorrow.
