Kudos to a service catalog vendor that figured out that BPM is a required technology for true automated fulfillment, complex workflow and EAI. embeddable engines are not useful without a surrounding product. Virtually all commercial software has embedded OEM components, so the previous comment is misguided at best. ]]></description>
