		<description><![CDATA[The volume leveling has been much better in the last few episodes - thanks for the effort!

Thanks also for giving the heads up about the skype issues.  I was prepared, so the Tron-like voice effects were amusing rather than irritating.

As always, thanks for the good content.  I consistently learn from your podcasts - something that I can&#039;t say for much of my regular listening or reading (maybe there&#039;s a hint in there somewhere...)]]></description>
